Lecture 'Cinema vs Theater: Dialogue of the Arts'

Once and for all, understand the eternal rivalry between the two main arts. Theater critic Anastasia Vasilyevich will show how the boundaries between stage and screen have blurred: why video appears in stage productions, and why cinema borrows mise-en-scène and physical acting from theater. You will stop seeing them as competitors and begin to notice the fascinating dialogue that enriches both languages. This is an intellectual upgrade for your cultural baggage: your next trips to the cinema or theater will turn into a game of 'spot the reference' and give you a depth of perception unavailable to the average viewer. Come for a fresh perspective on familiar art in the atmospheric cinematic space of mooon.
